ALEX WARNE - MANAGING DIRECTOR:
Is the sole director of Pioneer Energy and Minerals Consulting. Alex holds a Masters of Science in Geology (MSc Geology) from Aberdeen University in Scotland and a BSc.Hons(Geology) from University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. His work experiences include working as mine geologist for Namdeb (De Beers) in Oranjemundand and as petroleum geologist for the National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (NAMCOR). Alex has travellled internationally and has build up up extensive industry contacts world wide. He has extensive knowledge on Namibia's petroleum plays as well its mineral resources. Alex has an extensive network of local contacts of companies and key government ministries who can assist with establishing a bussiness and conducting exploration in Namibia.

YUSNEURYS PEREZ-MARTINEZ M.Sc (Ing. Geology)- PETROLEUM GEOLOGIST:
Is a Petroleum Geologist with 13 years experience in the industry. Engineer in Geology at Mining – Metallurgic Institute of Moa, Cuba (1995- 2000). Master in Geological Sciences, specializing in Petroleum Geology. University of Pinar del Rio, Cuba (2005 – 2008). He has worked as a Petroleum Geologist at the Cuban Oil Research Center (February 2002 – November 2009), Ministry of Mines and Energy (December 2009 – October 2012), Cuban Oil Research Center (November 2012 – February 2014), and Pioneer Energy and Mineral Consulting (June 2014to present). His professional areas of expertise comprises, but not limited to: Hydrocarbon potential assessment (conventional and non-conventional), oil & gas fields exploration and evaluation (onshore & offshore), basin analysis, petroleum system analysis, structural geology, geostatistics and multivariate statistics, geological modelling.

HAFENI HIVELUAH - PROJECT GEOLOGIST:
Hafeni holds a BSC. Hons Geology degree from Rhodes University and a BSc Geology and Geography Degree from the University of the Western Cape. His work experience of over 14 years include that of: Snr. Production Geologist, Production Evaluator, Snr. Mine Geologist and Regional mapping Geologist at De Beers Marine Namibia, Weatherly Mining plc., Ongopolo Mining Ltd and The Geological Survey of Namibia respectively. His expertise covers a wide  spectrum from mapping, exploration and production to project management.

ASHLEY JULIUS - GIS AND DATA SPECIALIST
Ashley holds a BSc Degree in Geology and Geochemistry from the University of Stellenbosch. He has extensive geological and hydrogeological field experience working in Namibian and Botswana environments. In addition he has GIS, Data management and Software development experience. His work experiences include: Geosciences, Electricity Planning, Planning and Development, Research, GIS and Remote Sensing, Database Development and Biomass Conservation. He has been consulting for over 12 years now.
